WHO WE ARE

WORKING TOGETHER TO MAKE A CHANGE

Keaton's Kids  provides underserved kids with transformational outdoor adventures and experiences in nature.  Adventures that change hearts, minds, and lives. Keaton's Kids has found a number of organizations whose work it is to take at risk or underserved kids on adventures of a lifetime. We will work with them to get kids biking, snowboarding, hiking, skateboarding, and more. You can find them on our Partners page.

WHAT WE DO

HONORING KEATON

We were inspired to start Keaton's Kids to honor and leave a legacy for the life of Keaton Guthrie-Goss, who died in 2018, on a surfing adventure in California. Keaton was a young man who lived life to the fullest.  He had a killer smile and lit up a room when he walked in.  Voted "Most loved by all" in high school, everyone just seemed to love this kid.

Keaton lived for connection, friendship, and love. He valued justice and equality. Keaton also lived to skateboard. To surf. To snowboard. Being outdoors and on a board was his passion and his joy. When Keaton was on his board, that was all there was in the world. He was fully present , alive, and totally in the moment.

Keaton's Kids is his mom's (Cat Guthrie) and her husband's  (Kevin Spath) way to honor his life, by providing underserved kids with the experiences that meant so much to Keaton.
